This Coconut oil arrives packaged very well in a foiled zipped bag. This was nice just in case you would have a leak it wont get on everything else. The directions are clearly printed on the bag and bottle but they are more of suggestions. I use the oil for my hair and skin as well. I also use it to make my body scrubs. It coats your skin with the perfect moisture with out the greasy feeling. It has a very slight smell to it as well. A little goes a very long way with this product.
