How long to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
What are your Domestic Shipping Rates?
We offer $12 flat rate shipping to the United States, and $15 to Canada.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 within 20 miles of 29601 zip code (Greenville, SC USA). For orders under $30, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10 AM-4 PM on T-F. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 72 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns
We do not accept returns of Lux Skin Oils. We will provide a refund the order amount minus shipping costs. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution. If you have more questions please refer to our refunds page.
